Polar Torso Long Sleeve T-Shirt
This sport grey colourway in the Torso Long Sleeve T-Shirt from Polar is made from medium weight cotton and is decorated with front and back screen printed graphics that have been created by the brands founder Pontus Alv. The curved neckline has a flexible ribbed trim which supports fit retention and comfort during everyday wear and on the left side of the chest stylised ‘Polar’ text has been printed in black for a stand out effect. A larger design on the reverse has been applied using teal, green, yellow and white ink with a black outline and shows three illustrated figures with ‘P.S.C’ letters in the same font style and a monochrome yin and yang symbol within the centre.
Celebrated for bringing a new experimental style to skateboarding that the industry hadn’t seen before, skater and filmmaker Pontus Alv founded Polar in 2011 and made his debut through a feature film entitled ‘The Strongest of The Strange’. Within each seasonal release his artwork is included alongside the work of illustrator Jacob Ovgren who has become a resident of the brand, and guest artists such as Tynan Kerr.
